Consumer Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. Velocitt Mobile Application ("The Application") is operated by Techriigour IT Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Techriigour") having its registered office at Lotus Resi. S No 15/12, Sangam Press Road, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India, 411038
Users are requested to read and understand the Policy very carefully before using or accessing the application. Through this Policy, Techriigour intends to convey the manner in which the user's information is collated and used by Techriigour while providing the services of The Application.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS PERMISSIONS
LOCATION
Techriigour uses this information to provide accurate and improved accuracy for the users in order to make their application experience hassle free and seamless.
PHONE STATE AND DEVICE ID
To identify cellular network information and device model/type/operating system version for optimizing performance on low bandwidth network.
CAMERA
The Camera Access of the mobile device is only used while within the application. This is to provide a rich experience of scanning Barcode, QR Code and Images.
MICROPHONE
The Microphone Access of the mobile device is only used while within the application for AI enabled audio experiences.
EMAIL ID
The Email ID of the user is used as an identification for the user of the application to login and access the application.
USER INFORMATION
"User Information" for the purpose of this Policy includes the user's personal information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person including, but not limited to, name, gender, email address, residential address, phone number and other information collected by Techriigour.
Techriigour collects information from the user when creating a user account or while posting comments, uploading content or participating in any offers or contests or communicating with the customer support.
USE OF INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURE
The User Information is primarily used by Techriigour to facilitate a better, customized and convenient use of The Application services. The User Information is used by Techriigour for:

- Improve and customize The Application services
- Detect and prevent Fraud and abuse of The Application
- Protect the integrity of The Application
SECURITY & USER RESTRICTION
Techriigour implements standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception of the User Information. However, no application can fully eliminate security risks. Techriigour endeavours to take all measures to protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of the User Information against unauthorized breach and hacking.
